Fracture Demo Single Player

September 19, 2008

If you haven’t heard the news about this game, it’s because it’s been kept on the down low from many magazines, shows, websites, etc. People are saying it’s a rip off of Halo, but I beg to differ. The weapons are what truly define this game as unique. It comes out Octover 7th, which is going to leave another big hole in my pocket that month considering there’s Saint’s Row 2 and Fable 2 the following week. Anyways, give it a go on marketplace, it’s about 700+ mbs but you’ll be in for some awesome gameplay!

Twitter Anyone?

September 15, 2008

Any of you out there twitter? I just started getting into it and I’m addicted! Haha it’s an interesting concept. You can basically talk to anyone in the world and see status updates of people you’re  interested in ‘following’. For example I could be following Major Nelson and whenever he would ‘twitter’ something, I could comment back to him, etc. Check it out.

Fable II Gets A 9/10 From Lead Designer

September 2, 2008

Considering the fact that Peter Molyneux is the lead designer for Fable II, his glorious 9/10 rating has to be be unbiased! He created the game, how could be possible be biased?…

“I’d rate it a 9 out of 10. RPGs are one of the most complex game types there are. But for me, the idea of being who I want to be and my character being different to yours, well, I think is one of the coolest genres of game.”

October 24th is the date to keep in your books. According to Lionhead Guildford HQ, this title has already gone gold.

Beijing Summer Olympics 2008 Demo

September 2, 2008

What’s called to be the ‘best olympics game’ is now officially available on Xbox Live to download as a demo. You might have been having some withdrawals on the olympics. I know I have. I miss waking up in the morning and flipping to NBC only to realize it’s not there anymore. But I do believe the winter olympics are coming soon…
